SHIPPING OPERATIONS

Order Processing Time

All orders undergo tactical preparation within 1-2 business days of receiving your command (order).

Shipping Methods

We deploy your gear through two specialized channels:

  • Standard Extraction (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 – Mission completion in 10-15 business days after deployment
  • Free Recon (EMS): For orders over $50 – Mission completion in 15-25 business days after deployment

FIELD NOTE: Delivery times may vary based on operational conditions in your territory. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience extended mission timelines.

RETURN MISSION PARAMETERS

You have 15 operational days from gear receipt to initiate a return or exchange request. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

NON-RETURNABLE EQUIPMENT

The following specialized gear cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:

  • AMMUNITION (all types)
  • ATTRACTANT products (opened or unopened)
  • BROADHEADS (used or opened packages)
  • ARCHERY equipment with signs of use
  • Personalized or custom-made items

TACTICAL RETURNS PROCEDURE

Step 1: Initiate Mission Request

  • Item(s) for return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address coordinates

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package items with original packaging and include:

  • RMA number clearly visible
  • Copy of original invoice
  • Return form (if provided)

Step 4: Mission Completion

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your:

  • Refund: To original payment method within 5-7 business days

FINANCIAL EXTRACTION PROTOCOL

Refunds will be deployed to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGE OPERATIONS

For gear exchanges:

  • Follow standard return procedure
  • Specify replacement item in your request
  • We’ll ship the new item once the return is processed
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

FIELD NOTES

  • We recommend using trackable shipping methods
  • Return shipping costs are the operator’s responsibility unless the item is defective
